Are the products of the online store also available in the physical store?

Our physical store has a wide variety of products for Weddings and Baptisms, but can not offer all the products of our online store. If you wish to receive a specific product from our physical store, we suggest that you first confirm its availability. Alternatively you can order it electronically or by phone by choosing collection from the store.

I placed my order online, but I did not have a new one. What can I do;

When will I receive the product I ordered?

The products are shipped in the following ways:

1. Collection from our store.

You can pick up your purchase, upon presentation of your police ID, from our store in Aliartos without shipping costs.

2. Shipping by Courier.

Cash on delivery gives you the opportunity to pay in cash to the representative of the Courier company that our website e-stigmes.gr cooperates at the moment that delivers the product of your purchase at a cost of 2 €.

Shipping costs amount to 4 €.

For orders over € 100, shipping costs are FREE.

Orders sent by courier take 3-5 days to receive.

No. You can make your purchases as a simple visitor of e-stigmes.gr.

How can I cancel an order?

How can I return a product?

You can return an item that does not serve you or you do not like within 15 days from the date of receipt. The product must not have been used, must be in the excellent condition in which it was delivered to you and must be included in its original packaging with the proof of purchase and any accompanying forms. Once the product has been inspected and is in its original condition and packaging, we proceed to return the product. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. It is necessary to contact us before sending an item to inform us. The return package must definitely include your name and phone number so that our further relevant communication is possible. In case of return of an item, the amount of its value without shipping and return costs will be deposited in your account or on your payment card, by arrangement.

What do I do with a defective product I bought from you?

What guarantee do you give for the products you have?

All products you buy from us have a one-year warranty, unless the manufacturer or its representative in Greece has a different policy. The purchase document is required for the warranty to be valid.

The guarantee does not cover:
a. all consumables that are either sold individually or as part of a product (eg the strap of a mask, the rod of a weapon or the glass of a lamp).
b. products that are used for a different use than that specified by the manufacturer.
c. products that have been misused, transported or stored. Always read the instructions for use.
